ABOUT ME

Since 2014, I’ve been passionate about helping clients overcome the obstacles that hold them back from living a fulfilled and purposeful life. Life is too short to feel stuck, uncertain, or unfulfilled. Together, we can develop practical strategies to tackle the challenges standing between you and your goals.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Development with a concentration in Evidence-Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University. My dissertation research focuses on well-being coaching, exploring how the basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence, and relatedness support individuals who have experienced life hardships.

Before transitioning into coaching, I served as a Corporate Director of Financial Aid and later as Campus President for a private post-secondary school system. Today, I combine my leadership experience and coaching expertise to work as a small business consultant, specializing in social media marketing and guiding clients toward social media independence.

I live in Azusa, California, with my husband and our dog. When I’m not coaching or consulting, I love spending time with my grandchildren and playing strategy games like Catan.
